Delivery Details We aim to have all lines shown on the website in stock and ready to dispatch. We always send you an email on day of dispatch. All our Pet Beds are sent via Courier and will require a signature on delivery. Please provide us with an address where someone will be in to sign. Delivery Tariff Standard delivery up to 30kg UK Mainland Wales and Most of Scotland. A surcharge will apply on all orders over 30kg we will email you beforehand if you go over the maximum weight. We will email you a quote upon request. Parcels are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, orders dispatched on a Friday are due for delivery on Monday onwards. All goods are sent by 24-48hr courier or Royal Mail 1st Class recorded, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. For clarity: the time taken for the goods to reach you is the sum of the time taken for us to despatch the goods plus the time taken for the courier/post to deliver to you. In the vast majority of cases this means goods are delivered to you within 3-4 day working days Delivery is charged at Parcel Force Rates of £7.06 International Orders We are able to ship most goods to some International (and non-mainland UK) locations; but as delivery costs vary greatly we will need to provide you with a specific delivery price quote (based on the goods you would like to order and your location).
